There are several additional requirements to become a disability services provider, whether it is as a registered or unregistered NDIS provider, and they both have their advantages depending on what you want to achieve, and they only take a little extra effort.

You will need the correct type and levels of Insurance to protect yourself and your clients and an ABN as a minimum as well as the worker screening check I go into more specific detail on the legal information page here   

The NDIS has basic requirements for all people and organisations wanting to provide care and assistance.
